Welcome to RMCon-Australia
Rail Management Consultants GmbH (RMCon) was founded in Germany in March 1999 as a rail transport management and software development enterprise, with an expert team of engineers and computer scientists.
Our activities include:
- Consulting in relation to
rail infrastructure, rail transport service (passenger
and freight transport), vehicle employment concepts
and route management.
- Development, marketing and
utilisation of simulation software targeted at
improving rail operations.
- Commitment to ongoing
innovation and research projects,
- Provision of Railsys training and advanced training courses, Railsys project management, coaching workshops and user days.

In our consulting activities we have successfully completed a multitude of national and international projects (see references). With modern slot and infrastructure management and net simulation system RailSys we offer railway infrastructure and transport enterprises here and abroad an efficient software product for the optimisation of infrastructure and operation. RailSys is developed in close co-operation with the Institute of Transport, Railway Construction and Operation, University of Hanover (institute director Professor Dr. Siefer) ensuring access to the latest science and technology.
Since establishment, RMCon has expanded with the opening of the RMCon-Australia office in Sydney. RMCon-Australia provides consulting services to Australasian and Asian regions and has supported RMCon Germany on numerous projects for clients in other regions.
